                               RESOLUTION NO. 20740
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                  CHANGE ORDER NO. 3, CONTRACT NO. SS-1-94,
                  NORTHSHORE STREETSCAPE AND THE WIDENING OF
                  RIVER STREET, WITH RIVERBEND CONSTRUCTION
                  CORPORATION, WHICH CHANGE ORDER DECREASES THE
                  CONTRACT AMOUNT BY FOUR THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED
                  EIGHTY-SEVEN AND 88/100 DOLLARS ($4,187.88),
                  FOR A REVISED TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE OF THREE
                  HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED
                  EIGHTY-THREE AND 20/100 DOLLARS ($326,983.20).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Change Order No. 3, Contract No. SS-1-94, Northshore 

       Streetscape and the Widening of River Street, with Riverbend
       Construction Corporation, which change order decreases the
       contract amount by $4,187.88, for a revised total contract price
       of $326,983.20.
